DMCA Policy
1. Nature du service
LibreTV is a neutral IPTV player. We do not host, store, retransmit, or provide any audio or video content. All streams are supplied entirely by end-users through their own Xtream Codes subscriptions, personal M3U links, or public free-to-air channel listings (e.g., iptv-org).
2. No control over third-party streams
Because LibreTV has no ownership, control, or ability to monitor the specific streams accessed by users, we cannot and do not guarantee the legality of any particular stream in any jurisdiction.
3. Reporting infringing material
If you are a rights holder and believe that a stream accessible via LibreTV infringes your copyright, please use the contact page to send a detailed notice containing:
- Your full name, address, and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL, channel name, timestamp).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Action upon notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing references to the reported stream from our public channel listings or disabling access to the reported URL through our proxy.
5. Counter-notification
If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake.
